Bible Lesson

And now, brothers, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches. Out of the most severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity. For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints. And they did not do as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us in keeping with God's will.

Small Group Time

During our small group time today we talked about things that we have that sometimes we forget to be thankful for and how we can help others that don't have what they need. We learned how to find our memory verse in the Bible and highlighted it. We are going to share it with our families at home and have an adult date it for us. We also now have a gift bowl to collect our offering in each week as that is one way that we can give and help people. Giving to others is just one way that we can be the one to show Jesus to others.
