Let Me Count The Ways

D and I have been married for 20 years. I am so very thankful for the gift of him. He is my warrior and my best friend. He is an incredible husband and father and leads our family with love, courage, wisdom, and integrity.

There are many reasons that I love him so.
Here are just a few I am counting today.

He hugs.

He encourages.

He teaches.

He plays.

He laughs.

He loves.

I love walking through our blessed life together
and that he still holds my hand through it all.

"...and the two of them become one."
Genesis 2:24

What are some of the reasons you love your husband?

  4. Ah sweet sister... I love this! Happy Anniversary! We just celebrated our 20th in October and I love my hubby for all the same reasons! He makes me laugh - out loud, literally - every single day! He is a man of integrity and honor and such an amazing Dad... It seems like our guys would get along great - while we chatted over a cup of something delicious! LOVE the addition of the perfect photo's too!

  6. I love that you were able to create your list with pictures. Someone said "Happy Anniversary" in the comments, so I'm not sure if this is your actual anniversary, but thank you for sharing with us all the reasons you love and adore your spouse. Such inspiration!

I love the way my husband loves his family. He is kind, loving, encouraging, and funny. He loves Jesus, most importantly. :)

  10. What a refreshing viewpoint! It is so hard these days to get women to praise their husbands and boyfriends!

My husband and I just celebrated 2 years of marriage a couple weeks ago. Some of the reasons I love him are: he is handy around the house, always fixing stuff, he is so smart and always tells me something new and interesting, he and he is kind, gentle, and respectful.
