Yummy in Their Tummy - Turkey Vegetable Soup

My guys have suggested that I share
some of their favorite meals.
These meals are quick and easy to make
and they love them.

Today's recipe is

Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

2 - 46oz containers of V8 juice
1 - 16oz tube of ground turkey
2 - 12oz packages of frozen mixed vegetables
1 - 32oz box of elbows pasta

Cook ground turkey in microwave for about 11 minutes.

Mix turkey, V8, and veggies in crock pot.
Cook on low setting for 4-6 hours.

Add elbows to mixture about a half an hour before serving.
I use only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the box.

We usually have a salad and biscuits with our soup.

Not only is this meal super easy to make, but it is also inexpensive. This meal, which ends up actually being 2-3 meals for our family, costs under $15.

Enjoy!

What is an easy and inexpensive meal that you make for your family?
