All You Need

My grace is enough; it's all you need.
My strength comes into its own in your weakness.

  2. Yes, it's His grace. Not much else can ever be anticipated as a survival skill. I rely on it, instant by instant.

    1. So blessed to connect with you! Often read from the Amplified Bible Elizabeth!

Love this part in that translation...

My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and [a]show themselves most effective in [your] weakness.

  10. After you commented on my blog, Not Just A Name, I visited here to check out yours. Lovely place to visit -- we share so much in common including the state of TN. Born and raised there, I moved with my husband to OR in 1983. Also, I've enjoyed children's ministries over the years, I love reading and review books for WaterBrook Multnomah/Blogging for Books and I too am saved by His grace! Looking forward to staying in touch (I'm now following you!). Loved your verse here and the image of His light shining through. :)
