What is RP3?
RP3 is an experience designed for our Kidzplayce kids who attend multiple services each Sunday that takes place during 3rd service. This is a time for us to dive deeper into each week's lesson, God's Word and how it applies to our lives. We do this through conversations, crafts, and games.
What's happening in RP3?
This past week our lesson was about how heroes never give up doing good. We talked about Noah, Nehemiah, and the four friends of the crippled man. They never gave up even when things were tough. The kids were asked if these men had "superpowers" that made them able to do these incredible things and we talked about how they were ordinary men just like us who did extraordinary things for God. These men weren't superheroes, but men who believed in what God led them to do and never gave up.
The craft the kids worked on was actually drawing themselves as superheroes to remind them that they can do extraordinary things for God too. The game was catching some of the kids in a web and the others rescuing them to remind them to never give up no matter how tough it might be.
We always end our time together in prayer. Everyone is given an opportunity to share prayer requests and to pray for each other.
As for the rest of you, dear brothers and sisters, never get tired of doing good. 2 Thessalonians 3:13
